1. Be a graduating senior at an eligible high school who has participated in agricultural activities, such as FFA or 4-H. Please contact us if you are unsure about your school's eligibility.
2. US Citizen and Texas Resident
3. Complete the most recent FAFSA form
4. Plan to attend and accredited, not for profit college/university in the state of Texas
